Final Report

          This report contains the final analyses of three depths, two breadths, and one researhc topic related to BIM education for owners.  Throughout this academic year, the Penn State Hershey Data Center project, its design, and construction techniques were analyzed to identify potential opportunities. Three specific analyses were chosen and goals for each were established. Detailed and specific research was performed for these analyses related to value, cost, schedule, constructability, and availability.  The three analyses chosen were to add a raised access floor system, a single-ply TPO roof system. and polished concrete finish to the building's design.  Overall, the four depth topics focus on techniques to improve the construction process and final product Penn State's building.
